Donside Consultants is Aberdeen based and was formed in 2003 to provide management consultancy services to the Oil & Gas sector.  The company's portfolio has since expanded into the training sphere, providing technical and personal development training to both private and corporate clients.

The company founder and lead consultant has an extensive background of experience in management positions within the Upstream oil and gas business, following a 20+ years in senior functional and management roles with Shell International.  This experience has been leveraged and enhanced through continued delivery of the management consultancy and training services offered by Donside Consultants to its growing client base.

The range of training services provided includes an extensive programme of training courses supplied under franchise by Pitman Training, one of the longest established nationally accredited training providers in the UK.

The company operating model is to resource consultancy and training assignments using a well established and trusted network of associates working under our direction.  These are all experienced and highly motivated professionals committed to maintaining the highest standards in their delivery of services to our clients.
