Appraisal Skills

Our Appraisal Skills Course is run in Aberdeen and has been designed to help managers undertake appraisals in the workplace.  It will help them understand the importance of preparation for appraisals and provide them with useful tips and guidance to help them get the most from their staff.

Objectives

• To explain the importance of a properly run appraisal
• To understand the roles of the appraiser and the appraisee
• To identify potential pitfalls and develop strategies to avoid them
• To learn how to give feedback effectively as well as to give and receive criticism

1 day Workshop 9.30am - 4.30pm

Workshop Cost: £260.00 + vat per delegate

All our workshops can be run as closed events for group bookings of 4 or more delegates. They can be run on mutually convenient dates both on or offsite.
