Supervisory Skills
This Supervisory Skills course is run in Aberdeen by Donside Consultants. It has been designed for new supervisors/team leaders/managers to help them develop core supervisor competencies, by providing a range of techniques and tips to get better results from their teams. Competent and confident supervisors are critical to the success of an organisation, in terms of how they manage teams, tasks and change.
It is available as part of our open programme or can be run as a group course or on a one to one basis.
Objectives
- Become a credible supervisor
- Communicate successfully by using congruent verbal and non-verbal modes of communication; asking specific questions and demonstrating active listening
- Prioritise tasks and manage their time more effectively
- Delegate appropriate tasks productively

- Adapt their management style to suit the needs of their team

2 day Workshop 9.30am – 4.30pm.
Workshop Cost: £495.00 + vat per delegate
