Influencing Skills

This course run at our Aberdeen Training Centre has been designed to assist confident communicators with influencing the actions of others.  It will help achieve better results for those whose work invovles influencing people to take action and will equip participants with a range of tools and strategies they can use to maximise opportunities.
  

Objectives

• Communicate with more influence and persuasion.
• Overcome barriers to successful communication and influence.
• Apply influencing strategies that reflect natural human social behaviours.
• Offer more persuasive and appealing communications.
• Adapt a communication style to suit different people and situations.
• Use positive influential language to steer the direction of conversations, negotiations and presentations.
