Conflict Management

Conflict is not a bad thing. However, the way that individuals and organisations deal with it (or fail to deal with it) often is. This course is run in Aberdeen at our Training Centre and is designed to give individuals a positive approach to managing, resolving and, where appropriate, preventing conflict. Delegates will acquire and practise established techniques for managing and resolving conflict in a variety of situations

By gaining insights into the interpersonal dynamics of conflict situations, dellegates will be able to identify changes that could help them transform difficult relationships.

To adopt a professional and appropriate style of behaviour when handling conflict situations.
To create an action plan for dealing with specific conflict situations.
