Professional Receptionist Training Course
This Aberdeen-based course has been developed for individuals who are in a front-line reception role or who deputise in this role from time to time. The course run at our Aberdeen Training Centre will assist with helping delgates deal with difficult situations and improve personal effectiveness, alongside looking at techniques to greet visitors professionally, direct calls correctly and answer the telephone in a professional manner.

- To understand the importance of a receptionist’s role
- To learn how to make a first impression that people will remember
- To review best telephone practice
- To develop strategies for dealing with difficult people and situations
